Currently she is working as Senior Director- Government Relations at IDFC Bank. She has fair exposure to business P&L as ‘National Sales Manager’ and Relationship management as ‘Head of Customer Experience Management’, which have helped her attain a fair level of expertise in both front end and backend aspects of Business. She has excellent grip on Policy, Process and Product pertaining to the Industry. She comes with a strong hands-on expertise in managing multiple senior stakeholders – internal as well as external.
